Our client is a family investment office is seeking a Corporate Finance/ Investment Anlayst on a part time (3 days per week) contract basis.

This is a temporary opportunity for a commercially minded investment/corporate finance analyst. The contractor will be engaged on a part time, 3 day per week basis, working very closely to support one of the Principals of the firm for a period of 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis around a portfolio of companies that the Family Office own and manage
  • Development & production of KPI decks reflecting the operational performance of key assets including hotels
  • Support due diligence on a key transaction
  • Ad hoc analysis and project work

Experience & Skills required:

  • ACA or CFA qualified
  • Experience of working in a corporate finance, transactional services or investment analysis role
  • Excellent excel skills, valuations modelling, research & understanding of deal structuring
  • Strong communicator, able to work independently, grasps concepts quickly

Duration : 3-6 months

Rate : £350-£400pd
