I am currently working with one of the UK's industry leading businesses that is on the lookout for a payroll coordinator.
Where you fit in?
You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.
Your role:
- Responsible for processing the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records
- Calculating wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records
- Enter payroll information into central system for processing and issue employees' checks and earnings summaries
- Assisting the review and balance of the month end payroll as well take part in month end reporting
- Auto enrolment processing and administration
- Various general ad hoc duties
What you need?
You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must. You'll have detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, national insurance and pension's administration with the ability to prepare and submit monthly and annual returns to HMRC.
