Start your job searchController position for a leading private equity firm. Open on prior industry background but experience of controlling multiple entities/portfolio companies is essential.
The Controller position, reporting into the CFO, will be responsible for all financial and operational control at a group level. It will work closely with the board, portfolio businesses and Operations Managers. It is a broad and commercial position within the Finance and Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Investment controlling on Group level (budget, forecasts, analyses, reporting)
- Close collaboration with selected portfolio companies within the Group
- Participation in analyses and optimisation of controlling in the operational subsidiary groups and -companies
- In collaboration with the group consolidation division, participation in the compilation of weekly and monthly reports to the board and supervisory board (on group and portfolio company level)
- Point of contact within the Group for controlling matters
Skills required
- University degree in Business/Economics with focus on controlling/finance or similar education/working experience
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
- Min.2-5 yrs. PQE
- Excellent and result-oriented communication skills and independent working style
- Conceptual/analytical thinking, flexibility, resilience and strong team work in an international environment
