- Managing WIP and supporting proposals, fee discussions and new business opportunities.
- Supporting and training junior members of the team.
- Undertaking independent technical research across a broad range of tax matters.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to provide a joined-up service to clients.
- Attending networking events and developing your own professional network.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other specialist services.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant professional qualification such as CTA, ATT, STEP, CA or equivalent, or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience within a Private Client Tax Advisory role.
- Strong interest in developing broad tax advisory expertise.
- Ability to undertake independent technical research and apply findings to client situations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain complex tax matters clearly and commercially.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to business development and professional networking.
- Experience using Tolley's research tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Apply?
- Advisory-focused role with broad technical exposure.
- Exposure to a wide variety of tax planning work.
- Genuine opportunity to develop your technical expertise and carve out your own specialisms.
- Private medical insurance and wellbeing support.
- Competitive pension and life assurance.
- Enhanced parental leave.
- Paid volunteering day.

- Ongoing professional development and career progression.
- Supportive and collaborative team environment.
