Real Estate / Property firm (FTSE 100) looking for an experienced Project Manager to work as part of their multi-year business transformation programme - specifically on their ERP project stream working on implementing a new solution across core property management and financial systems.
- Project Management of starting phase of ERP project - focus on prototype - design, build and testing core property management solution
- PM will be key element in managing successful delivery of the implementation; also key member of overall transformation across the wider programme
- Ensuring programme standards are maintained, including SteerCo etc.
- Management of c. 4 direct reports and liaision with a number of SMEs
- Stakeholder management for project and wider programme
Requirements
- Previous PM experience & track record of delivering successful business systems implementation projects within a complex environment - ERP & Property Management experience highly desirable
- Hand-on experience
- Strong demonstrable stakeholder management skillset
- Relevant project management qualifications e.g. PRINCE2 / PMP, Scrum etc.
- Team collaboration tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint etc.
