My client, a global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced project manager to join their expanding team.
You will play a vital role in assisting clients on challenging assignments and projects resulting in a positive impact on their business. Consultants enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to choose the client projects that interest them while continuing to build professional relationships within a global community of Consultant and Business Professionals.

Responsibilities
- Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its overall progress and resolving issues
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies to current state business processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement and the desired future state.
- Prioritize the opportunities
- Lead and work with project teams to implement improvements partnering with local Business Process Owners.
- Ensuring critical projects are on time and within budget by providing objective accountability and review at every stage, from initiation to closure.
The Ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas
- 10+ years industry or related consulting project and /or programme management experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Certificate
- Strong continuous improvement experience and understanding of methodologies.
- Strong business process design experience
- Previous experience of process, workflow and business rules design, implementation and management
- Established ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the often disparate members of project teams.
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and written skills required.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Consultant must be available immediately (or within 2 -3 weeks)
