A listed commercial property business is recruiting for a Project Manager on an initial 12 month contract to see through a period of progressive change. This is a role based in their global hub, whereby you will be managing a modernisation programme of systems and processes.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Introducing a modern P2P process and implementation of a new tool to automate transactions more effectively
  • Implementing an ERP solution across financial and property management systems
  • Coordinating and working with subject matter experts across a wider business landscape to ensure delivery of these core objectives
  • Introducing best practice project management, ensuring governance standards are met
  • Managing a team of 4 to lead project meetings and ensure stakeholder engagement

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a wide berth of experience around finance transformation and have experience of collaboration tools. Relevant project management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or Scrum are ideal. A track record of delivering successful projects around ERP and system implementation are essential.
