I am currently working with a leading property development company, part of the FTSE 100, who are seeking a Property Accountant to join their sizeable finance team in London.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, duties include;

  • Assisting with the month end close process
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Raise Pre-Demand Lists
  • Attend service charge accounting meetings with the building teams
  • Visit building teams to discuss any new initiatives and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate the budgets/forecasts process
  • Propose new ideas for processes and implement these efficiently

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a property accounting position. You will have a high attention to detail, be highly motivated, and be able to develop and improve reporting systems. Previous use of QUBE is advantageous, with knowledge of the RICS code being essential.
