Our client currently seek a PTP Specialist to join their Shared Services Centre in Cork. An excellent opportunity for an experienced PTP person to join an international organisation on a Fulltime Contract for 12 months. The successful applicant will report to the PTP Accounting Team Leader and will be part of the Team responsible for PTP query resolution and PTP month-end process supporting a large number of affiliates in the international organisation.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Daily monitoring and resolution of PTP queries
  • Allocation of pre-payments ahead of weekly payment
  • Maintain, review and investigate accuracy of accounting of PTP transactions
  • Month-end related activity relating to PTP module close and pre-close
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement projects with wider PTP team
  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, invoice processing team, wider PTP group and FSS teams, especially RTR team. And also build relationships with key contacts in international markets.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Accounting Technician or relevant finance/accounting qualification required
  • 3-5 years' PTP experience in a fast-paced multi-national environment
  • Experience working with Oracle an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
