I'm working with a rapidly expanding market leading business based in Leeds City Centre that are on the lookout for an experienced accounts payable to join their client money team.
Where you fit in…
You'll be joining a developing fast paces business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working:
Role:
- Accurate reconciliation of the group's member's client back accounts
- Reconciliation of Insurer Accounts for allocated members
- Action and resolve queries effectively that may arise
- Interpret / input data from daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Other administrative duties: Second Signatures Cheques, Client refunds, Bank Accounts Administration, Scanning, Indexing and filing
- Effective and appropriate communication at all levels with internal staff, group members and clients on a daily basis
You
You'll need to have a strong understanding of bank reconciliation with a familiarity of working on a variety of computer systems. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders across multiple sites and locations. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to details is must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and have the ability to manipulate complex sets of data, however this is not essential.
