I'm working with a rapidly expanding marketing leading business based near Harrogate that are on the lookout for an experienced accounts payable clerk to join their growing team.
Where you fit in…
You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working:
Role:
- Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting systems reflects the correct transactions
- General ledger reconciliations
- Account reconciliation such as bank, inventory control, billings etc
- Supporting the month end process
- Interpret / input data from daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Other Administrative duties as assigned when need
You
You'll need to have a strong understanding of bank reconciliation with a familiarity of working on a variety of computers. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders across multiple sites and locations. The ability to use your initiative and attention to detail is a must while having a hard working, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and have the ability to manipulate complex sets of data, however this is not essential.
