Start your job searchI am currently working with a global multinational professional services business that are on the lookout for an experienced purchase ledger clerk looking to take that next step in their career.
Where you will fit in…
You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working:
Role:
- Reconcile Supplier records and identify issues
- General finance operations accounting processes
- Handling queries and incidents effectively and in line with procedures
- Develop trusted relationships with key contacts
- Take ownership of queries by logging and tracking to resolution
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across finance processes
- Take on an active role in delivering excellent service to all of finance's stakeholders
- Provide guidance to the business around key finance policies and procedures
- Run daily reports and organise payments
What you need?
You'll need to have a strong understanding of accounts payable functions from end to end with a familiarity of working on a variety of computer systems. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders across multiple sites and locations. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to details is a must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and have the ability to manipulate sets of data, however this is not essential.
