Start your job searchA career in financial recruitment is extremely rewarding, it is one of very industries that allows you to be in control of your own earnings and fast track your career progression (and bank balance!) There are no pre-requirements, we provide all relevant training and 80% of our employees joined us with no specific recruitment experience and have really thrived here.
This is a full end to end recruitment role focusing on working with household brands and clients (you will no doubt be familiar with some clients without even realising!) You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self-motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
The role will be ideally suited to candidates who already work in saless/busines development/account management or anything similar. We're not a heavily KPI driven business however the ability to be able to work to targets is an advantage.
What's in it for you?
- Long term career potential- three quarters of our management team have come from within the business and we are a firm believer of promoting from within.
- Starting Salary is neogitable (you hold the power!)
- An uncapped commission scheme that rewards individual billings with no limit on how much money you can make.
- An adult culture based on flexibility and autonomy with the chance to learn practical business skills.
- Other benefits including a free bar tab every Friday, gym lunches, on site yoga, free breakfast, quarterly competitions/prizes/holidays, charity fundraising eventsand plenty of
