Start your job searchMarks Sattin is a leading recruitment company with offices in London, Reading, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin and around 100 consultants in total. We form an integral part of a larger global recruitment group - FiveTen Group - which includes sister companies who focus on Legal and Marketing recruitment. The company culture is a hard working, commercially driven sales environment but is also team-oriented, encouraging camaraderie with a level of friendly competitiveness. We operate a flexible and adult culture and do not micro manage. The support you will receive is second to none, but ultimately your success is down to you.
We are looking to hire a number of trainee Recruitment Consultants to our London office to start throughout March and April, with a preference for recent graduates or people with some prior experience in sales. This is a full end to end recruitment role focusing on high end senior roles in a highly lucrative part of the market. You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role. Feel free to read reviews of our business on Glassdoor for more information.
What's in it for you?
1. Long term career potential - three quarters of our management team have come from within the business and we are a firm believer of promoting from within.
2. An uncapped commission scheme that rewards individual billings with no limit on how much money you can make.
3. An adult culture based on flexibility and autonomy with the chance to learn practical business skills.
4. Other benefits including a free bar tab every Friday, gym lunches, quarterly competitions/prizes/holidays and plenty of ad hoc initiatives.
