Marks Sattin currently have an exciting opportunity for a high calibre recent graduate to join our London sales & recruitment business as a recruitment Candidate Researcher.

We are a specialist recruitment firm founded in 1988, and joining Gi Group in 2018, we've been leading by example for 30 years and counting, specialising in placing the very best talent in fast paced, entrepreneurial growth businesses.

We have offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Reading, Surrey and Dublin and offer a full multi-channel recruitment service for interim and permanent positions across the following disciplines: Financial Services, Accounting & Finance, Technology & Change Management, Executive Search and specialist markets.

Duties & responsibilities;

  • Headhunting; carrying out targeted candidate searches for senior finance appointments
  • Talent identification, market mapping and CV searching
  • Telephone screening and face to face interviewing of potential candidates
  • Relationship management of your network
  • Advertising and marketing new job opportunities as well as preparing materials for candidate and client marketing campaigns
  • Sales administration as required
  • Developing your industry specific knowledge and recruitment skills

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following attributes;

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be professional, self-motivated, positive, a problem solver, organised, flexible, resilient and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels
  • Competitive and target driven
  • Educated to degree level
