Regional HR Advisor to support Regional HR Managers - within professional services.

The role will support operational Manager and HR Managers in all aspects of employee relations, absence management, resourcing, on boarding, performance management, engagement with unions, exit and leaving processes, inductions and co-ordinating of training and generalist HR support. This is a hands on role and you will be the first point of contact for HR matters for a number of sites across Birmingham, Reading and Kent.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or Level 5 CIPD min qualified2-3 years' experience with a strong HR generalist capacity
  • Must have experience of managing employee relations issues
  • TUPE knowledge and experience required
