A high growth property chain business is looking for a Senior Accountant to join for initially 12 months. As the Senior Accountant you will be leading with the budgeting, cash flow forecasting and managing new contracts.

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Lead the budgeting process
• Cash flow forecasting
• Preparation of annual report financial statements
• Monthly preparation of the management accounts
• Monthly expenditure analysis
• Identification and implement process improvement

The ideal senior accountant will be ACA/CA qualified from a top 25 practice with at least 1 year's post-qualified experience. Prior experience within a technical role is essential and experience within a property business is highly beneficial. Apply ASAP to ensure you are considered.
