  • Quarterly management accounts preparation
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ad-hoc duties
  • Audit process work

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • Practice background (big 4 / top 10) advantageous
  • Strong blend of hands on accounting experience (management and statutory accounts preparation)
  • Real Estate / Property Investment industry experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Sage & Real Estate systems software nice to have
