Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
Practice background (big 4 / top 10) advantageous
Strong blend of hands on accounting experience (management and statutory accounts preparation)
Real Estate / Property Investment industry experience
Commercial awareness
Advanced Excel skills
Sage & Real Estate systems software nice to have
