Boutique Practice based in Belsize Park are looking for a Senior Accounts and Audit Manager to manage a small team. With 3 directors and a growing and established client base, this is an ideal opportunity for the right person to progress to partner within a reasonable period of time.

Tasks include

  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Liase with clients and be the focal point with regards to any problems
  • Oversee audits, year end accounts. corporation tax and VAT returns
  • Manage work in progress (WIP) and report to directors about what is being billed
  • Meeting clients and discussing their needs
  • Managing staff and making sure that targets are met
  • Reporting finding to directors

You will:

  • Have worked for a similiar sized practice
  • Be used to managing staff
  • Be confident with reporting to senior staff
  • Have a mixture of accounts, tax, and audit experience
  • Be able effect change

Rewards attached to this positon are a salary of up to £70,000 plus beneftis, with genuine route of progession to Partner
