Start your job searchThe Agile Office Senior Agile Coach supports multiple teams through an Agile transition including standing up new teams, supporting existing teams, and performing Agile Adoption assessments for them. The Senior Coach will be involved in facilitation of building agile communities and will conduct various educational interactive classes (PO, SM, Basic Agile, etc.). Also, the Senior Agile Coach will help teams address organizational impediments by communicating and educating various levels of management.
- You will need to have knowledge across all aspects of the agile methodology from Scrum to LeSS to Kanban
- You will need to have excellent communication skills above all else for this role as you will be liaising with front office employees to boardroom level executives
- With regards to hard, technical skills, you will need to have an array of agile based qualifications from CSP to ACC and be able to manipulate the skills you have learnt to be applicable to the problems and requirements set by your client.
- Experience within a top-level management consulting firm woukld be great, as well as experience across at least one agile transformation project in the past
- You will not be using agile to implement a project, but rather implementing agile as the project

Requirements:
- 4+ years of change management project experience internally or as part of a major consulting firm
- Extensive experience using and implementing Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) methodology
- Experience with clients in any or all of the following industries: banking, insurance, and/or capital markets
- Patience and care in translating complex information into real world consequences for employees and stakeholders
- Agile based qualifications such as Certified Scrum Practitioner, SAFe Program Consultant and Professional Certified Coach
