Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a Huddersfield based client to assist with the recruitment of a Senior Business Analyst.
A trained and experienced individual whose role is to oversee the business process analysis and execute the collection, elicitation and recording of business requirements for better strategic project development.
To lead and manage the existing BA team to provide guidance, support and mentoring to develop the individual BAs in their roles to create a value add function within the Business Transformation Team.
Using experience gained to deliver insightful challenge and delivery in producing a high quality output ensuring better business improvement opportunities are delivered.
Requirements;
- Completed initial scope of product operation recommending cost-effective and time estimates for projects
- Worked effectively with the wider business and IT to determine the requirements for projects, testing and other validation
- Lead BA team on the analysis within the project lifecycle
- Recorded process flows from migration requests for new projects
- Recorded and contributed to performance and testing where needed
- Facilitated successful delivery of project requirements to meet client specification
- Completed and documented process mapping and process re-design / improvements to maximise efficiency improvements with the organisation using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
