Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager, Banking sector, based in Manchester.

Due to an office relocation Marks Sattin are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager to join a small team based in Manchester, with scope for home working a couple of days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of the banks compliance and conduct risk policies.

Responsibility for delivering compliance advice to senior management and various stakeholders.

Be the go to compliance subject matter expert regarding the day to day activities of advisers and suport staff

Provide support with 2nd line oversight activities.

The Person:

Minimum 4 years experience in a Financial Services senior compliance role, preferably within a retail banking environment

Strong knpwledge of the FCA handbook

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
