Start your job searchMarks Sattin are representing a rapidly growing organisation based in Leeming Bar to source an experienced Credit Control/Sales Ledger officer to manage two part-time members of staff.
This role will be a good balance between Sales Ledger and Credit Control. The organisation is looking to expand their team with a senior member to oversee two part-time members of staff. They are growing through a period of fast growth and will offer plenty of opportunities to progress in the future.
Essential experience/Duties:
- Handling complex customer queries
- Internal investigation and follow up through to resolution stage within a given timescale
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to conclude all queries
- Log all incoming queries onto internal database
- Controlling customer payment deductions (contra's and debit notes)
- Ensuring requests for documentation are fulfilled to minimise delay to scheduled payment terms (copy invoices / applications and POD's)
- Preparing monthly full site reconciliation
- Identifying and resolving data variations
- Fortnightly statement preparation
- Collating data for analysis
- Customer Account & Ledger Maintenance
- Update and maintain customer account data as required
- Ledger allocations
