I am currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller for a rapidly expanding business based in central London.

The role will report directly in to the Head of Credit Control and will be overseeing a team of 3 credit controllers.

Duties include:

• Management of the team to ensure smooth and prompt payments
• Be the main point of contact for credit control queries that the team may not be able to resolve
• Escalating any ledger issues to Head of Credit Control
• Assist with allocation of receipts and reconciliations of customer accounts
• Assist with the assessment and streamlining of processes to improve the chasing of ledger debt
• Build key internal and external relationships
• Ad hoc support across the team

The successful candidate will ideally be working as a Senior Credit Controller and will have trained and supported junior staff members.

Dynamics software experience is desirable
