A fast growing international PE backed professional services business is looking for an ambitious CFO to head up their finance team and drive growth as they look to carry out their plan of a quick and successful exit.

As CFO you will work closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure continuous growth and improvement of the systems, processes and controls within the finance function. The sector is very people related therefore requires a personable candidate who has a strong record of growing relationships internally and externally with an excellent reputation.

The environment will be fast paced with an emphasis on high growth and entrepreneurial objectives, thus an equally dynamic Chief Financial Officer with a roll up your sleeves attitude will be essential.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who wants to join a growing business within an exciting market and has a proven track record. This could also suit a stand out senior finance professional on the upward trajectory who is hungry and willing to be hands-on as well as being exposed commercially across the business.
