This is an excellent opportunity to join a Central London based Tech start up as a Senior Front End Developer with a view to move into a Lead Developer role. This company has been setup and is funded by an industry leading global powerhouse.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement UI solutions
- Ensure that every piece of our Front End solution follows the principles of developing software for security
- Develop automated UI tests and test pipelines
- Take an active part in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other members of the team
- Work closely with product management on identifying and prioritising features which are of key importance to our customers
Requirements
- 3+ years working in JavaScript applications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrable experience of fulfilling client needs
- Expertise in ReactJS
- Understanding of ES6+
- Strong modular CSS skills
- Experience of testing and strategy using tools like TestCafe
- Strong experience of REST service integration
- Excellent understanding of the HTTP protocol
- Advocate of web standards and best practices
- Experience with Git / Gitflow
- Experience with Agile development environment
Highly Desirable
- Working knowledge of Docker
- Experience with NodeJS
- Back-end experience in Python
- Experience with VueJS
- Experience with Typescript
- Experience with using Jira for product tracking / management
- Experience with developing secure web applications
