THE COMPANY:

Highly successful boutiqueWest Endbased hedge fund manager with a solid track record of success and 3 actively trading funds.

THE ROLE:

A key growth role, highly business facing and focusing on managing all accounting and operational issues related to their flagship fund. This will include oversight management of the administrator/custodian relationships, shadow NAV calculations, sign off of all financial statements and a raft of ad hoc projects and tasks. A key focus of the role will be to act as a right hand person to the CFO and take ownership of all fund accounting/valuation related tasks. Day to day, this will be an incredibly broad and challenging role ideally suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Given the unique nature of the role, we're looking for someone with strong hedge fund/banking products knowledge who is likely coming from a similar role in another fund or fund administrator, ACA/CA qualified with at least 5-6 years+ experience in industry (or equivalent). A background in a Big 4 firm would also be an added advantage. Although the role won't include staff management, it is very much a senior appointment involving daily interaction with front office and CEO/MD level.
