Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a Huddersfield based business to assist in the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager. You will support the business in the implementation of projects into the business predominantly client facing projects, whether existing or new business. This is a senior role and requires proactive, dynamic, hands on approach.
You will be representing the project and the organisation at a senior level, inside and outside the organisation. Depending on the size & complexity of the project you will be responsible for one or more project managers. This role will see you oversee and allocate resources across all areas of delivery, managing day to day resources to make sure the team feel they are working in a great place, while assisting in planning resources and ensuring that the sales team are aligned with the teams available capacity.
Skills;
- Substantial experience within a project management role, with a track record of delivering new business wins alongside internal projects.
- Experience in delivering projects in a fast paced organisation.
- Understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
- Ability to flex project methodology to support agile delivery whilst maintaining governance and controls.
