Senior Project Manager - Regulatory Reporting - Dublin

Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm based in Dublin city centre with a strong presence in the Domestic market. As they continue to develop their global operations and service level offering they now are keen to secure the services of an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Regulatory Project, creating a program of work through to delivery.

The Focus:

  • Create a program of work and transformation roadmap for the Global Regulatory Reporting team
  • Forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders demonstrating exceptional influencing skills and the ability to balance multiple, often conflicting priorities
  • Work with other internal and external parties to ensure that any initiatives are captured and brought to resolution
  • Work with internal departments to ensure that all roles and responsibilities are clearly understood
  • Take responsibility for ensuring reporting for internal governance forums and oversight processes is compiled to a high standard
  • Work closely with Technology to ensure that systems are developed to accommodate regulatory requirements and process improvements
  • Ensure that projects are supported and delivered upon in conjunction with the various change and automation teams.
  • Ensure that the function is up to date with all new regulatory requirements and current internal initiatives and directives
  • Ensure the function's management reporting are best in class to support management reporting and planning

The Type:

The successful candidate will come from a strong Regulatory and Projects Management background demonstrating a strong track record of delivering Regulatory Change projects as well as implementing business change.

Prince II and or PMP is desirable and with at least 10 years' experience across the market coming from a Financial Services market sector desirable.
