Start your job searchA fast growing technology company based in Central London is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team.
As part of their finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling bank and credit accounts and VAT totals.
- Regularly producing and posting invoices and checking them against PO's.
- Processing and sending sales invoices, receipts and refunds.
- Dealing with customers and customer accounts on a daily basis.
- Assisting with month end reporting (accruals/prepayments).
- Help the Financial Controller with any ad hoc tasks if and when required.
Suitable candidates for the role will have good understanding and experience in the Sales Ledger, with strong IT skills and adaptability. Candidates must have experience in dealing with high volumes of invoices and reconciliation of accounts alongside strong communication skills to regularly speak with a range of clients.
