The details
Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Treasury Officer on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing a significant treasury transformation programme and play a key role in embedding new treasury processes and controls.
About the Role
This role will be focused on enhancing the post implementation of Murex and will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams, you will help improve processes, strengthen controls, and support an audit-ready operating model.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing embedding of Murex.
- Map and document treasury processes and controls.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Strengthen control frameworks and support audit readiness.
- Assist with testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Provide operational support across treasury settlements and payments.
What We're Looking For
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
- Understanding of risk and control frameworks.
- Financial services experience desirable.
- Treasury experience advantageous.
- Murex knowledge beneficial but not essential.
