Start your job searchAn international private equity firm is looking for a System Migration Assistant to join their office based in London on a 12 to 18 month project. Our client is embarking on an exciting journey upgrading their in-house PE system across all funds in the portfolio.
Main responsibilities include:
- Prepare static data for upload into the Investran system, enriching data with additional information where required.
- Upload static data (fund, investor, contact etc.) into the Investran system
- Ensure completeness of data, taking a proactive approach to closing gaps in static data
- Prepare transactional data for upload into the Investran system
- Reconcile the data back to the primary source (eFront)
- Test the static data via reports and test scripts / test scenarios
- Test the transactional data via reports and test scripts / test scenarios
- Test all reporting and other data outputs and reconcile/troubleshoot
- Quarterly Reports and Working papers
- Bank Reconciliations and Cash Transactions
- Use Excel to analyse the data and manipulate the data where required using Excel formulas and perform updates on large volumes of data if required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong numerical skills (Required)
- Previous exposure to Investran and or Private Equity (Beneficial)
- Advanced Excel / Analytical skills (Required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Required)
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data (Required)
- Good inter-personal skills and a collaborative approach (Required)
