A leading international private Equity firm is currently looking to hire an Anaplan Systems Manager to be based out of its central London offices.
The role is responsible for the administration of the Anaplan platform and assisting with the integration of other systems used within the organisation. The role involves working with the front, middle and back office staff on their day-to-day requirements and looking for opportunities to apply and extend the Anaplan platform within the business.
Responsibilities
- Hands on maintenance and enhancement of existing Anaplan models.
- Manage the overall plan of the Anaplan implementation
- Work with users to build new models as required.
- Ensure relevant documentation is maintained for all platforms.
- Look for opportunities to enhance data connectivity between all systems.
- Be the "go to" technical person for queries on Anaplan - performance, optimisation, opportunities.
- Manage the relevant outsourcing arrangements and maintain strong working relationships with providers
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Anaplanner, preferably to Master level
- Experience of eFront would be a bonus
- Knowledge of SQL required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A willingness to deal with a wide range of matters and an ability to manage time effectively
- A strong team player who is seeking to learn, develop and take responsibility
- The ability to build relationships across the Finance team and the wider business
- Maintain strong working relationships with our external advisors
