Start your job searchI'm delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Financial Services business in Cheshire to recruit a Tax Manager.
This is an exciting time to join a well established Financial Control team in a newly created position that will provide the opportunity to develop and enhance existing skills.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, the Tax Manager will manage all tax affairs for the division including Corporation Tax, VAT and Senior Accounting Officer. They will also provide support to the business including delivering advice and guidance, particularly on new initiatives, revenue streams and the tax implications of these. There will also be a focus on improving systems and optimisation.
In order to be successful you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and have a strong tax background either in practice or industry. It is essential that you are commercially astute and that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to develop positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong IT and systems skills are required.
In addition to an excellent starting salary you will also be eligible for the bonus scheme and great additional benefits such as an employer pension contribution up to 10%. The team work on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office per week.
