With clients ranging from financial institutions to international merchants, this is the place to be if you're looking for exposure to a vast field of industries within the tech-function.
They are looking to bring someone on that will assist with the deployment of their managed services and software solutions. This will involve working with customers and internal teams providing assistance in delivering installations and upgrades promptly.
Role Responsibilities:
- Validation that deployed installations have systems that are functioning properly
- Provide assistance in supporting UAT queries, working to defined SLA's
- Raising any UAT problems/defects, diagnosed and sent to the appropriate colleague.
- Working with deployment consultants in facilitating the installation of software to their managed service and external customer front-end
- Record and log any and call defects/calls within the ticketing system
- Assist in producing documentation and plans for deployment
- Upgrading existing environments used by clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- SQL Server - Basic knowledge as training will be provided
- MS Server - Basic knowledge as training will be provided
- Infrastructure - Basic knowledge as training will be provided
- Preferably professional experience in an application support setting
- Strong ability to document procedures and processes
- Strong time management skills
- Team player
- Good communication skills
