Start your job searchMarks Sattin are excited to be representing a fast-paced, highly acquisitive business based in Cheshire, who are looking to appoint a Trainee Management Accountant on a permanent basis.
This would be the ideal opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step in their career and move into a role where you can really learn and develop.
Duties:
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset reporting and intercompany balance reconciliations
- Gross margin invoice reconciliations including sales ledger reporting and calculating monthly accrued income and expense
- Stock reconciliation, calculation of monthly stock movement and accounting for stock adjustments
- Assist with weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Production of weekly management reporting and analysis
- Involvement in business improvement projects
- Develop and implement strong controls/processes and promote continuous improvement
Person spec
- CIMA/ACCA Part-Qualified
- Hardworking and driven
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Involvement in people management
- Intermediate excel skills including looks up and pivot tables
