Marks Sattin are excited to be representing a fast-paced, highly acquisitive business based in Cheshire, who are looking to appoint a Trainee Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

This would be the ideal opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step in their career and move into a role where you can really learn and develop.

Duties:

  • Produce balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset reporting and intercompany balance reconciliations
  • Gross margin invoice reconciliations including sales ledger reporting and calculating monthly accrued income and expense
  • Stock reconciliation, calculation of monthly stock movement and accounting for stock adjustments
  • Assist with weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and forecasting
  • Production of weekly management reporting and analysis
  • Involvement in business improvement projects
  • Develop and implement strong controls/processes and promote continuous improvement

  • CIMA/ACCA Part-Qualified
  • Hardworking and driven
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Involvement in people management
  • Intermediate excel skills including looks up and pivot tables
