Focus of the Position:
- Identifying high calibre Talent through networking, advertising, searching and head hunting.
- Constructing bespoke and tailored recruitment solutions to a range of domestic and global clients
- Researching macro and micro market relevant data.
- Conducting daily interviews/meetings with perspectives candidates
- Attending client events
