Transactional Finance Manager - Reading (hybrid) - £45,000 to £50,000

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Transactional Finance Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis, you would be expected in the office one to two times a week and will be reporting into the Financial Controller.

Operating in the "Tech" sector our client operate in UK, Europe and the US, with the appointment of a new CFO this year these guys are entering their "build phase" so an exciting time to join, you will be tasked with managing the day to day cash flow, along with leading the transactional finance team (AP, AR & Treasury)


About the role....

As the Transactional Finance Manager, you'll take charge of:

* Accounts Payable: Ensure all outgoing payments are processed accurately and on time.
* Accounts Receivable: Drive efficient invoicing and payment collection.
* Debt Control: Implement strong credit control measures to keep cash flow healthy.
* Cash Management: Monitor and optimize the company's cash flow.

About you....

  • A solid track record in transactional finance, especially in AP, AR, and Cash Management.
  • Experienced Managing a team.
  • Detail-Oriented: You've got a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every process.
