The Role: Valuations VP - Head of UK
The Company: Global Super Fund
The Location: City of London
Globally renowned Superfund are expanding their Valuations department and need to hire a senior Manager to lead the current team of 3. Newly created strategic role driving the development of the valuation governance framework for their non-property unlisted assets
The Responsibilities:
- Manage the team focused on the valuation of unlisted asset including valuation reports, financial modelling, final valuation appropriation etc
- Lead the development, refinement and implementation of appropriate valution control processes
- Lead the team across fund risk and governance
- Manage the makeup of the Fund's panel of valuers
The Requirements:
- 10+ Years within valuations across unlisted assets
- Qualified Professional coming from an accounting firm, boutique valuation firm and/or institutional investment house
- Senior stakeholder with ability to lead on global relationships and represent in front of boards
