Pioneering Global Asset Management Group seeks the talents of a commercially minded senior private equity Tax individual looking to broaden their experiences into finance, operations and middle office. The company are a truly fascinating and renowned international business with significant experience and expertise in Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure funds management. Their portfolio consists of investments across the globe with their London office overseeing all deals and joint ventures in Europe. This position would suit someone at Senior Manager or AD/junior Director level in Big 4 private equity M&A tax and/or an individual already working for a private equity fund with considerable tax structuring knowledge.

Working alongside their Head of Private Equity, the role will involve:

- Fund structuring and set up, with responsibility for setting up all tax structures
- Oversight and review of fund financials
- Portfolio monitoring and analysis
- Stakeholder management; key point of contact for all fund and portfolio related queries including regular day to day interaction with front office
- Taking the lead on a vast range of ad hoc related projects and initiatives

Your background is likely to be:

- A qualified accountant with detailed knowledge of fund structuring for private equity investments
- Likely a background in a Big 4 firm
- A keen desire to expand your knowledge outside of tax and into finance and operations; perhaps with longer terms aspirations to go down the CFO route
- A proven track record of building productive relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders
- Happy working in a largely stand alone and autonomous role that will require exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fluid working environment

This is an exceptional role for someone keen to join a business that going through an accelerated growth phase. Salary on offer is highly competitive plus benefits and a healthy bonus in the 30-50% range.
