Workday Trainer - 12 month FTC

A global Professional Services firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Workday IT Trainer to work on the Workday implementation reporting into the IT Change, Communications and Training Manager. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, based in Central London.

Alongside another IT Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering IT learning solutions to support the firm wide deployment of Workday HCM, Financials, Learning and PSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver IT learning initiatives to support the rollout of Workday using a truly blended learning approach (via face to face, Webinars, Skype, e-Learning, change champion network, workshops, videos)
  • Create engaging courseware and digital learning content which are line with department standards
  • Deliver virtual training to colleagues using remote tools
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and empower staff to apply what they have learnt and resolve their own queries (Yammer posts, Top Tips, Intranet articles etc)

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Workday Trainer - full platform, ideally based within the financial or professional services industry or similar, with an excellent understanding of training methodologies and learning approaches
  • Proven experience working on the implementation of Workday across multiple offices from a Training/Learning capacity
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Demonstrate experience of training people at all levels of an organization and experience of virtual classroom delivery would be a distinct advantage (use of WebEx, Skype for Business or equivalent products)
  • Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Articulate, SnagIT or Publisher experience

Qualifications - desirable:

  • COLF - Certified Online Learning Facilitator
  • TAP - Trainer Assessment Programme
