A fast-growing, technology-led service provider is seeking an Accountants Assistant to initially assist in onboarding clients, and grow with the company.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Conduct welcome calls and manage onboarding process for new clients and guide them through services
  • Dependent on service chosen, complete all needed UTR and VAT
  • Own AML process for onboarding and carry out checks to ensure compliance
  • Assist in payroll process - Investigating and resolving issues and discrepancies
  • Own the support inbox
  • First point of call for queries via email and telephone, escalating where necessary
  • Spot trends in queries and proactively report on potential improvements to processes
  • Provide training to new team members as the team grows
  • Work with management to develop and implement a strategy for improving the client's journey

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative business, where you can easily progress in your career. The ideal candidate will be familiar with UTR, VAT, and AML processes and ideally have experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Notion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to maintain a professional and personable relationships with clients.
