You'll be joining developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.
Role:
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
What you need…
You'll need to be the kind of person who has strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with other team members and accounts managers. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail is a must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident user of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages with the ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast paced environment.
