One of the worlds largest suppliers of sports programming is seeking an Accounts Assistant.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assisting in the accounts payable function including processing invoices and creating bacs runs
• Dealing in multi-currency within a multi-company organisation with over 25 bank accounts
• Being point of contact for any purchase ledger due diligence and queries
• Reconciliations on petty cash and credit cards
• Responsibility for global pay-outs including preparing Foreign tax forms
• Posting journal entries
• Dealing with email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting on an ad-hoc basis with any other business during periods

This role is perfect for somebody with strong attention to detail and a proactive and positive approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a number of years' experience within a similar, well-rounded finance role. Multi-currency and multi entity experience is highly desirable.
