Start your job searchOne of the worlds largest suppliers of sports programming is seeking an Accounts Assistant.
Role and responsibilities:
- Assisting in the accounts payable function including processing invoices and creating bacs runs
- Dealing in multi-currency within a multi-company organisation with over 25 bank accounts
- Being point of contact for any purchase ledger due diligence and queries
- Reconciliations on petty cash and credit cards
- Responsibility for global pay-outs including preparing Foreign tax forms
- Posting journal entries
- Dealing with email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting on an ad-hoc basis with any other business during periods
This role is perfect for somebody with strong attention to detail and a proactive and positive approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a number of years' experience within a similar, well-rounded finance role. Multi-currency and multi entity experience is highly desirable.
