We are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant for a highly reputable company in Chester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
- Coding of invoices
- Sending invoices for approval
- Payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with accruals & prepayments and fixed assets
- Sales reporting
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Bank reconciliations experience
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
