Marks Sattin currently working with a growing Harrogate business within the property sector for the role of Finance Assistant.

The role of Finance Assistant will support the Finance function, by maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase and sales records of designated sites. Due to increased work for the business, this is a newly created role and will lead to great future career prospects within the business.

DOE they will pay up to £30,000 and can also offer hybrid working and AAT study support, should candidates wish to study. They are a very friendly office, and will shortly be moving to Hornbeam Park within the coming months.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Process purchase and sales invoices.
• Create payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Calculate and organise student refunds.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Run aged debtors and aged creditors reports.
• Support the finance managers and management accountants in the resolution of queries.
