A luxury retail company specialising in jewellery is seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist the wider finance team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable processes including;
  • Posting intercompany invoices and staff expenses
  • Preparing supplier payment runs and sending payment remittances
  • Matching outstanding invoices
• Account receivable processes including:
  • Reconciliations between department stores
  • Investigate discrepancies
• Complete pre-payment schedules
• Submit VAT returns
• Complete quarterly stock report
• Ad-hoc admin requests form staff
