Marks Sattin is currently working with a business based in Woolhampton, who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a Permanent basis. The role sits in a small Finance team, offers free parking and will be office based 2 out of 5 days.

To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Finance & Accounting, as well as be comfortable using Microsoft Excel.

The duties include:

• Overseeing Accounts Payable function (processing invoices).
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable function (raising invoices).
• Chasing payments over the phone.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in Month-End.
• Carrying out Payment Runs.
• Data migration & manipulation in MS Excel.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.
