The main duties include:

• Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Manage credit control and maintain up-to-date records of debtors.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation for audit purposes.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
• Good Excel skills
• Experience of working in a busy finance team
