Start your job searchOne of the worlds largest and most successful entertainment distributors is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Role and responsibilities:
- Processing various invoices
- Process varied payment runs - both UK and international
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts, monthly aged creditors and staff expenses
- Resolve payment run queries
- Identify invoicing errors
- Liaise with and chase external suppliers where needed
- Validate new vendors and amend existing vendors to ensure up to date records
- Cover the AP Administrator clerk role
- Additional ad-hoc duties and month end tasks to support the wider team
This role is perfect for a highly numerate individual with excellent attention to detail and experience working across multiple inboxes. The ideal candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience, however this is not essential.
